村上隆の作品購入をお考えの皆様へ



村上隆のアート作品は、正規取扱ギャラリーのBlum & Poe(ロサンゼルス)、Gagosian
Gallery(ニューヨーク)、Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin(パリ)とカイカイキキギャラリー(東京)で
ご購入ください。「村上様式」や「村上隆にちなんだ」作品、村上隆が公表した作品に
加工が施された可能性のあるものや、村上隆の偽サインが付された可能性のあるもの等の
作品がオークションに出品されるというケースが近頃も発生しております。

第二次市場で販売された作品の真贋の保証は致しかねますし、真贋の保証は行っておりません。
よって、上記以外のギャラリーで作品をご購入された場合は、真贋から生じる可能性のある
一切の損害について賠償責任を負わないものとします。ご了承お願い致します。

Dear Prospective Clients


We strongly recommend that any purchase of Takashi Murakami artworks be made from our official dealers: Blum & Poe (LA), Gagosian Gallery (NY), Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin (Paris) or Kaikai Kiki Gallery (Tokyo). We have continued to see cases where certain works (for example, works that are identified as created “in the style of” or “after” Murakami, works originally publicized as Murakami works but that may have been modified by unidentified
parties, or works that may contain a forged signature), are listed to be sold at auction.

Please note that we cannot, and do not, make any representations as to the authenticity of works sold on the secondary market. Therefore, if a work has been purchased from any dealer other than the ones specified in the paragraph above, we are not liable for its authenticity.
